Private Event Bookings at Tudor City Greens

The Tudor City Parks are available for rental on a first come-first served basis for private parties and special events including weddings and commitment ceremonies, corporate receptions movies and photo shoots, and musical and theatrical performances. Price quotations and a Special Events Authorization and Indemnity Agreement are available from Joseph O’Connell, President or David Reiff, Vice-President and Director of Special events and must be submitted for approval.  Prices may vary depending on various factors including the number of attendees and duration of the event. Applicant must be at least 21 years of age. 

Tudor City Greens is the perfect spot for Engagements, Weddings and Commitment Ceremonies. 

Liability insurance may be required at the discretion of Tudor City Greens. 

No Park rentals will be issued for events that fall on major holidays and over major holiday weekends

Renters are obligated to follow New York State Health department rules for any food preparation and service at their gathering.

Park use will be limited to three consecutive days due to watering limitations.

Designated personnel will maintain Tudor City Parks if park is used for an event, and there will be a corresponding charge. For private events the renter will maintain any portable bathrooms.
